R.A.M.P. - Revitalization: Art and Music Project, is part of the Smaller Indiana network (www.smallerindiana.com). The festival and celebration will be a kickoff for activities focused on the reunification and revitalization of the east side of downtown.

As our name implies, the event will involve a day long festival of art and music. The centerpiece will be a large-scale infrastructure mural on the Market Street ramp - sidewalls and columns as well as the ramp surface. 250 to 300 chalk and aerosol artists and students will be involved in creating the piece. In addition to the art work, we have bands and food vendor lined up for entertainment once the artists are finished.

Strong headway has been made with the R.A.M.P. Revitalize Art & Music Project. R.A.M.P. is an initiative to bring together urban renewal and the creative class for a festival to mural two blocks of street and the bridge on Market Street with over 250 artists.
